Bővebben a filmről

Berki András és Ács Éva azon szerencsések közé tartozik, akiknek a lakáskiutalási kérelme végre-valahára feldolgozásra került és beköltözhetnek első saját otthonukba. Örömükben táncolva kezdenek berendezkedni, amikor kiderül: a hivatal véletlenül ugyanazt a lakást utalta ki mindkettőjüknek. Mivel a tréfás kedvű András és a tűzrőlpattant Éva sem hajlandó lemondani a lakásról, a következő napokat kénytelenek egymás társaságában tölteni, amiben persze benne rejlik a szerelem kockázata. A Csendes otthon vérbeli szórakoztató vígjáték a kora Kádár-korszakból, amely a sziporkázó Zenthe Ferenc – Galambos Erzsi párossal és fülbemászó dallamokkal édesíti meg a lakáskérdés és a bürokrácia problémáit. A film rendezője, Bán Frigyes és operatőre Eiben István 120 éve, zeneszerzője, Fényes Szabolcs pedig 110 éve született.

András Berki and Éva Ács are among those few fortunate people whose housing applications have – finally, after much delay – been processed and they can move into their very first home. In their joy they start buying furnishings, only to discover that the housing office has mistakenly allocated them both the same flat. Since neither joker András nor spirited Éva are prepared to give up their claim on the flat, the pair are forced to spend the next few days in each other’s company, which, naturally, opens the door to a blossoming love affair. A Quiet Home is a truly entertaining comedy from the early Kádár era, which sweetens the problems of housing and bureaucracy with the sparkling pairing of Ferenc Zenthe and Erzsi Galambos as well as several catchy tunes. The film’s director Frigyes Bán and cinematographer István Eiben were born 120 years ago, and its composer Szabolcs Fényes 110 years ago.
